would like to mention 1.the agent asked me to pay my installment to various people at different places,which was not at all decent because it seemed like a complete mess. 2.The itinerary was not as per the travel time 3.The agent was reminded again amd again about the trip and other details. 4.The quote was finalised and accordingly i had paid my previous installment but later in extra amount was asked around 6000 extra was paid Ooty was very beautiful.The landscape,the hotel at Ooty,Hospitality of people and gardens were very good.

ng. Initially, our driver was quite rude, but after we filed a complaint, his behavior improved significantly, making the rest of our journey much smoother. Regarding our accommodations, the stays in Coorg and Mysore were absolutely awesome. The hospitality, comfort, and ambiance in these locations were top-notch. However, our experience at Kerala Porch.inn was less than satisfactory. The manager was very rude and uncooperative. There was no lift available, and our request for hot water was outrightly rejected. Additionally, the room locker keys were not functioning properly. We were locked out of our room for 30 minutes with our family, only to be informed later that we needed to update our locker key—something that was not communicated to us earlier. Despite these challenges, we made the best of our trip and created many wonderful memories. With a few improvements, this trip could have been perfect.

Only and only good thing was the driver.. other than that every blood thing arranged by them is horrible.. no coordination.. they were sending me the stay details , contact no etc .. and asking me to give it to driver.. ( mind it for both the stays they did the same thing) so no coordination, very bad hotels they booked.. according to them there is no buffet in breakfast ,, it will be serve in a hot case and a tiffin( that to with a dirty bag) . basic things like fan, water ( u have to take it from can which is kept outside the room near sofa which they were calling reception), toiletries, towel etc.. ( forget about wifi and all) .. My mother & son both were uncomfortable in that room I do not recommend to chose Shree Ganpati Travels at all!!!
